Named after and dedicated to Paolo’s father, Gianni Radici. 100% Pinot Noir from Champagne and Burgundy clones. 20% of the base wine ages in barriques, (10% of which are new each year), 90% in stainless steel tanks. A minimum of 36 months on the lees before disgorging. Limited production of 500 cases annually.
